You'll achieve not just one but two certifications following successful completion of the course and open book exam.

The first certification is for the EQ-i 2.0 psychometric assessment tools - which includes Leadership, Workplace, Education and Group reports.  The second certification is for the EQ 360 psychometric assessment tool.

Firstly, the EQ-i 2.0 psychometric assessment tools are the world's only scientifically-validated Emotional Intelligence psychometric assessment tools.  They are rigorously tested worldwide and unmatched in terms of validity and accuracy.

Secondly, you'll be learning with Scott Watson.  He is the UK's first practitioner to be awarded Master Trainer status of the EQ-i certification training programme by Multi-Health Systems Inc., the developer of the EQ-i suite of tools.

Scott is supported by a team of experienced and qualified  EQ-i practitioners to ensure you benefit from lots of personal support throughout your learning journey.

The EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 Certification programme learning objectives are:-

   Module 1

• Define Emotional Intelligence
  (what it it, what it isn't) and how it can be developed
• Articulate how Emotional Intelligence can be applied in different situations
• Explain the evolution and importance of Emotional Intelligence
• Demonstrate understanding of EQ-i 2.0 framework and how competencies link
• Demonstrate understanding of composite scales & subscales, including definitions of high & low
• Accurately describe the benefits and pitfalls of high and low range EQ-i 2.0 report results

• Identify response style indicators for the EQ-i2.0
• Explain validity and reliability as it pertains to the EQ-i2.0
• Understand and describe the mean and standard deviation
• Understand the EQ-i 2.0 norms and how they are evolving

• Apply knowledge of subscale definitions to real examples
• Explain how the individual subscales interact with each other
• Demonstrate what high and low results looks like in reality
• Develop questions based on relationships between subscales
• Demonstrate understanding of relationships between subscales at high level
• Prudently prepare for your first EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report feedback discussion

• Interpret an assessment including identifying the response style indicators
• Demonstrate the components of a best practice feedback debrief session
• Develop questions to lead feedback debrief discussion
• Understand the ethics of administering the EQ-i2.0 and EQ360
• Practice foundational coaching skills, including effective questioning techniques
• Use Emotional Intelligence language patterns to deliver best value coaching for your client

• Articulate the different applications of EI among various disciplines
• Access information and case studies demonstrating Return on Investment
• Demonstrate how to gain buy-in for an EI plan internally and externally to an organisation
• Highlight the clear benefits of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 over other Emotional Intelligence tools
• Identify sponsor resistance and ways to ethically overcome it for their organisation's benefit
• Determine when it is more appropriate to use the EQ-i 2.0 over the EQ 360 and vice versa
• Describe the resources available to them post-certification (e.g. manual, customer service etc)
• Navigate the MHS Portal to organise and publish assessments and explore the learning library
• Distinguish between reports and choose the right report for their clients needs
• Determine how to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 with clients
